In order to cope with our IDC usage capacity, the San Po Kong new IDC has just finished. All essential facilities and equipments are already in place and ready for use. There are more than 100 racks and all are equipped with same dimension 600mm(w) x 1000mm(d) x 2200mm(h), effective height of 45U. Besides traditional one lockable-door-rack, we also provide two different specially designed racks – two half-door and four quarter-door lockable racks for customer variety use. To ensure an ultra-secure, well-equipped and climate-controlled environment, we have dedicated all our resources to provide the most advanced facilities in this new Internet Data Centre. The facilities include: raised floor which enables cables to be managed in a neat and tidy manner, and further helps to boost ventilation and cooling. The enhanced power and cooling system that ensure no power surge or interruption and keep the environment at a constant temperature of 22℃ and relative humidity of 45% to prevent the threat of spontaneous electrostatic discharge. Besides, we provide 7 x 24 surveillance real time monitoring & recoding and Card Reader System has been installed for further secure access. All of these flexible solutions provide customer with total security and separate power supply to guarantee no-down-time service.
