{"id":12769,"date":"2021-03-15T19:45:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-15T11:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dyxnet.com\/cn\/news\/prestigious-caring-company-status-bestowed-on-dyxnet-group-for-the-second-consecutive-year\/"},"modified":"2021-06-22T16:05:14","modified_gmt":"2021-06-22T08:05:14","slug":"prestigious-caring-company-status-bestowed-on-dyxnet-group-for-the-second-consecutive-year","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.dyxnet.com\/cn\/en\/news\/prestigious-caring-company-status-bestowed-on-dyxnet-group-for-the-second-consecutive-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Prestigious \u201cCaring Company\u201d status bestowed on DYXnet Group for the second consecutive year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><em>\u201cI believe a successful business should look beyond profit <\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>to contribute to the community and environment around us\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HONG KONG \u2013 MARCH 16, 2018 \u2013 <\/strong>The Caring Company Award 2017\/18\u00a0has been conferred on DYXnet Group by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This means the HKCSS \u2013 a federation of non-governmental agencies \u2013 has bestowed Caring Company honour on Greater China\u2019s leading carrier-neutral network service provider for the second year running.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The coveted accolade was presented to DYXnet Group today (March 16) at Caring Company Partnership Expo 2018, which featured more than 3,000 awardees and 100-plus exhibition booths.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DYXnet Group was singled out for fulfilling three key criteria \u2013 caring for the community, employees and the environment \u2013 as part of an impressive track record for serving the community, supporting charitable and environmental causes and creating a family-friendly work culture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Caring Company Scheme applauds and rewards organisations that help develop a more cohesive society by translating a keen sense of corporate social responsibility into positive action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DYXnet Group Founder and CEO Lap Man said: \u201cWe are thrilled to receive Caring Company honour for the second consecutive year, especially as sound corporate citizenship is one of our most important values.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cOur corporate social responsibility efforts have had the effect of drawing employees closer together, while strengthening ties with customer and other organisations. I firmly believe a successful business should look beyond profit to contribute to the community, as well as the environment around us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2017, DYXnet Group was title sponsor of the HOPE worldwide Great Santa Night Run, which saw a record-breaking 1,500 runners \u2013 including some 50 of our employees and their families \u2013 dressed as Santa to raise funds for underprivileged children. We also sponsored Compassion Revival\u2019s \u201cLeapers\u201d event for the third consecutive year to raise funds for the Children Sponsorship Program, which saw many of our employees rise to the 11km challenge to help disadvantaged youngsters. In addition, DYXnet Group was title sponsor of the \u201cFamily + Fish Charity Cup\u201d Race for the third year running to benefit low-income families and the elderly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s environmental efforts last year included taking part in the \u201cOffice Paper Recycle Campaign\u201d organised by the Eco Association, as well as the \u201cRefill! Not Recycle\u201d Cartridge Recycling Program run by Greeners Action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, efforts to maintain a family-friendly workplace during 2017 featured the monthly \u201cHappy Friday\u201d initiative in DYXnet Group Hong Kong headquarters to encourage a healthy work-life balance, along with DYXnet Social Club activities \u2013 such as fitness sessions, cookery classes and barbecue gatherings \u2013 and pro-family benefits such as establishment of a five-day week, introduction of compassionate and paternity leave and organisation of a family fun-day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DYXnet Group has become an employer-of-choice, thanks to a sharp focus on career development, while promoting a culture of togetherness and overall well-being throughout the workforce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Hong Kong Council of Social Service is a federation of non-governmental agencies established in 1947 to co-ordinate social welfare work following the Second World War.
