Merger and Acquisition Notification

Thank you for your continued support to the Taiwan Branch of Diyixian.com Limited/DYXnet (hereinafter referred to as "Diyixian"). We are here to inform you that Diyixian has completed a merger and acquisition with the Taiwan Branch of DYX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD (hereinafter referred to as "DYX Technology"). From the merger and acquisition effective date, all contracts and rights and obligations between your company and Diyixian will be fully transferred to DYX Technology, which will continue to provide you with high-quality services. Your interests will not be affected in any way.
The effective date of the merger and acquisition is tentatively set for September 1, 2024. Any change on the effective date will be announced on our website or through other means. From the effective date of the merger and acquisition onwards, your company will become a customer of DYX Technology, and your company information (including personal data) and relevant records stored with Diyixian will also be transferred to DYX Technology. DYX Technology will collect, process, and use your company information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
Starting from the effective date of the merger and acquisition, the network and value-added services you enjoyed will be served by the same professional teams, and the login for the relevant website services will remain the same for the time being.
Due to operational processing, your company's accounts will still be payable to Diyixian after the merger and acquisition effective date. The transition to the new accounting system is expected to be completed on October 1, 2024. At that time, when your company receives the payment notice and invoice, please make payments to DYX Technology according to the remittance information on the payment notification and invoice details.
