Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, budgeting, etc.
  • Lead a team to provide HR activities and administration duties
  • Work closely with the HRBP to providing recruitment & selection  
  • Consolidate and prepare HR reports for managements to review
  • Prepare HR reports and proposals to headquarter 
  • Handle the internal and external audit such as ISO audit
  • Provide strategic and professional advice to senior management on HR related issues
  • Handling ad hoc project as required

Requirements

  • Degree or above in human resources management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in management level
  • Proficiency with HR21 and SAP systems is an advantage
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English, Mandarin
  • Advanced Word, Excel and access skills
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment

Responsibilities

  • Onsite deliver networking services to our corporate customers.
  • Your work include provisioning, troubleshooting and maintenance support services for networking.
  • On job trainings will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Non-Office hours emergency call support is required.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunication and Networking or related discipline
  • Experience in Cisco Router/Switch, Firewall, VPN
  • Certificate holder of Cisco CCNA or higher is preferred
  • Related working experience in ISP, SI vendor or network support is definite a value added
  • Knowledge in OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, VoIP is an advantage
  • Experience in SDWAN would be preferred 
  • Fluent in Cantonese, conversable in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered

Responsibilities

  • Solid experience in network solution, such as MPLS VPN、SD-WAN.
  • Support and contribution to the network solution project in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Assist and implement the project solutions plan.
  • Conduct the customer needs and responsible for in depth analysis for our customer and provide insights and recommendations for network solution.
  • Manage Price Book and Product P&L.
  • Keep track on monitoring product/solution performance, including sales, GP, service level, customer satisfactions, in order to communicate with management and partner for better synergy with mutual benefits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 5 years’ relevant experience in IT & Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with networking technologies (Such as SD-WAN, MPLS and VPN).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Keep learning enthusiasm for new network products and new technologies.
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manager the HK and China team to provide the contract and system management service, including sales support, purchasing, and billing services.
  • Responsible for proposing and control of the terms of the sales contract and distribution the sales leads.
  • Analyze the sales and operation data, calculate the BP commission and provide the sales performance analysis.
  • Responsible to maintain and develop the sales contract system.  Provide the monthly data and report to management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Software and others department to develop and maintain the internal systems to enhance work efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Leading finance team in Hong Kong, monitoring daily accounting activities. including cash-flows, settlement, reconciliation, general ledger, schedules and reports.
  • Overseeing accounts receivables and payables to ensure the timely collection and settlement of payments.
  • Preparing various monthly management reports on a timely basis.
  • Cash flow management, interfacing with the bank in Hong Kong and Singapore for all financing requirements.
  • Managing and complying with government reporting requirements and tax filings in Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • As a key role in SAP system implementation.
  • Conducting financial and business analysis.
  • Overseeing all audit, compliance and internal control functions/operations.
  • Developing and enforcing accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Accounting or Finance with CPA or qualified accreditation.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in which 5 years in managerial capacity.
  • Experience in Telecommunication sector is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Tax rules in Hong Kong and Singapore.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting standards (IAS and USGAAP)
  • Experience with ISO audit and SOX compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Interact in a positive, proactive, customer-service manner with internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and Yonyou NC.
  • Strong analytical, data mining and problem-solving skills. Familiar with Excel and sensitive with number and formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Requirements

  • Independent, aggressive, self-driven, result-oriented and a good team player

Requirements

  • 2-3 years working experience in datacenter operation

  • Proficiency in using LINUX WINDOWS2003/2008 to maintain and manage the server

  • 有PMP或相關專案管理認證優先
