第一线安莱2010年业绩增长20%

外包呼叫中心表现出色 带动集团整体业务大幅飙升

 

(2011年3月16日:中国北京) 大中华区领先的信息通信技术服务提供商第一线安莱宣布2010年集团整体业绩较2009年增长20%,业绩增长主要来自外包呼叫中心业务,该业务激增50%。

回顾2010年 集团业务表现出色
第一线安莱创办人及行政总裁文立先生表示:“2010年是我们持续取得增长的一年,特别是外包呼叫中心业务表现尤为突出。能够取得如此骄人的成绩充分表明第一线安莱出色的服务能力以及多元化的解决方案获得了客户的高度认可。未来,我们将一如既往地聆听客户的需求,继续努力提高服务质量与服务水平,持续加大投资力度,为大中华地区的客户提供更优质的服务和更到位的解决方案。”

为配合外包呼叫中心业务需求增加而迅速扩展规模,集团目前在上海、北京及广州拥有4个外包呼叫中心,服务覆盖华东、华北及华南三大区域,座席已达1,300个,并持续上升。除了既有香港麦当劳、香港无线收费电视及EF英孚教育等客户外,新增国际知名客户还包括荷兰TNT Express及台湾电视与网络购物公司 – 东森购物等,为有效占领国内市场,均选择了第一线安莱的外包呼叫中心作为其商业合作伙伴以协助其拓展。

此外,集团的云端专属寄存服务(Cloud Dedicated Hosting, CDH)自去年第三季度与戴尔(Dell)以及VMware正式在大中华市场推出以来,目前已在香港、台北和北京全面投入服务。该服务利用虚拟化技术,帮助中小企业降低成本,提高生产力和数据可用性。

展望2011年 业务增长将源于中国市场
2011年集团预计在外包呼叫中心业务将持续50%成长,坐席将由原来的1,300个增至约2,000个并专注于开拓快速连锁餐饮行业上,目标成为此行业服务提供商中的龙头企业。另外,由于国内网购市场蓬勃发展,集团推出了外包呼叫中心的全新増值服务 ——“优服e佳”,为网络平台(如淘宝网、当当网)网店提供专业的在线客户服务;根据中国电子商务研究中心报告显示,截至2010年底国内网购交易金额约达4,000亿元人民币、个人网店达1,300万家。

在2011年第一季度集团将建设完成北京、上海、广州及台北的云端专属寄存节点。紧接着,将推出虚拟防火墙、云端数据安全与备份及服务器负载平衡等多种功能的云端增值服务,为客户量身打造以满足不同的业务需求,预期CDH将成为集团一项具潜力的业务增长引擎。
